1. Important information

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. Registration for the GavickPro eClub implies that you have read, understood and agree to comply with the stated terms and conditions in their entirety. We reserve the right to change and modify the Terms and Conditions of GavickPro without notice, and you agree by continuing to use the site to be bound by any such modification.

2. Delivery

After we have succesfully received your payment, your GavickPro eClub membership information will be emailed to the email address provided within 24 hours. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us through the website. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, GavickPro eClub members will have instant access to all Gavick templates and the Gavick forum.

3. Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our templates to fit your needs. You may not redistribute our templates in any way. You must not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the template xml file. You may only remove the copyright from the footer of our templates if so desired.

4. Limited Usage of Products

Your GavickPro eClub membership grants you the right to download any available Gavick template for the length of your membership. Standard template installations do not expire even after your membership expires, however your access to the download area will be restricted upon the expiration of your membership. Your membership must be renewed if you wish to have continued access the downloads area.

5. Membership Renewal

Any existing GavickPro eClub Member who wishes to renew a subscription upon expiration will be eligible for a 20% discount on Business (Regularly €65) and 30% discount on Developer (Regularly €150) plans. Personal Club Memberships are not eligible for this discount.

After receiving an expiration e-mail  where you can get to know that your subscription expires in 7 days, you have to inform us about your willingness to join us again. All you have to do, is to reply to our e-mail  with information consisting of your previous transaction ID or PayPal e-mail address . Later on, you will get an e-mail containing a link on which you have to click. Next, you are moved to PayPal site where you are obliged to pay for discounted service.
Updating the information connected with your subscription’s renewal and verification of payment may last up to 48hours. We apologize for causing inconvenience.

6. Unauthorized Use

You may not place any of our templates, modified or unmodified, on a removable storage medium, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without our prior written consent. You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer your membership in Gavick Template Club to anyone else without our prior written consent.

7. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Gavick.com be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

8. Updates

All templates are always designed for the latest version of Joomla and Mambo, but we can give no guarantee the templates will run with future versions of these CMS’s. Members may use the forums to address any issues related to software versions.

9. Warranty and Support

GavickPro does not warranty or guarantee these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party extensions, components, mambots, modules or other products. Browser compatibility should be tested against demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes as we can not guarantee Gavick.com themes will work with all browser combinations. All members receive access to the support forums for life, even upon expiration of eClub membership. Gavick.com does not commit to monitor the forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions.
