I have 2 instances of FCS 3.0 in the homepage of my Joomla 1.0.13 site. It works great so far, except for one problem.

Each Section of my site is supposed to display or load a specific module in the 'left' position when a user clicks on an article for that Section. For example, for Section 1 articles, Module 1 is will be displayed in the 'left' module position, for Section 2 articles, Module 2 will be displayed, etc. My problem is with the second instance of FCS 3.0 - when the user clicks the article link, it loads the correct article, but the 'left' module position isn't displayed/loaded. So the article takes up the entire page. The odd thing is, the first instance of FCS 3.0 works perfectly - the user is taken to the article page and the correct module number for that section is loaded in the 'left' position in the full article page. Why doesn't the second instance of FCS 3.0 work the same way? I copied the first instance of FCS 3.0 exactly to create the second instance of FCS 3.0 (only changing the name and Section/Category parameters) using the Joomla Module Admin page.
