We have decided to close our forum because of the fact that our technical team spends too much time answering on both platforms (forum and ticket system). We leave general categories only for our members discussions. From now on, the only way to get technical support is our helpdesk (a ticket system).

We're sure it would be the best solution and it will allow to solve our customers' problems individually.

The forum wil be closed on 12th October 2011.
