Registration for the GavickPro eClub implies that you have read, understood and agree to comply with the stated terms and conditions in their entirety. We reserve the right to change and modify the Terms and Conditions of GavickPro without notice, and you agree by continuing to use the site to be bound by any such modification.
After we have succesfully received your payment, your GavickPro eClub membership information will be emailed to the email address provided within 24 hours. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us through the website. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, GavickPro eClub members will have instant access to all Gavick templates and the Gavick forum.
In order to avoid problems with transactions made at our site, please be careful while making a purchase. You have to remember that once you join our club, you have access to all our resources available at our site. Therefore, we do not accept refunds as goods provided by GavickPro are delivered electronically and we are unable to check whether they had been removed in the case a customer requests a refund . Please, make sure before you buy a license that our products suit your needs. You may do so by analyzing the demo versions of the templates or contacting our support to get some information if you are unsure about the products. The only case a refund can be issued is, when a product does not match the original description. In order to proceed, please open a dispute on PayPal site. In this way only, it will be possible to get a refund.
If you had made a mistake while making a purchase at our site, please contact our Billing and Account department in order to be able to modify your transaction. It is possible to upgrade your license if you need to be able to create more domains than expected or need more extensive support. If you need some help, contact us via ticket system.
You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our templates to fit your needs. You may not redistribute our templates in any way. You must not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the template xml file. You may only remove the copyright from the footer of our templates if so desired.
You are obliged to enter domain names (site URLs) on which there are used our templates into Domains Manager so that our system can validate your licenses. Basically, every Gavick's membership type has a number of domains (see here ) specified on which our templates can be used. The domains registration must be done within the validity time of your membership only. This could not be done after its expiry date.
Your GavickPro eClub membership grants you the right to download any available Gavick template for the length of your membership. Standard template installations do not expire even after your membership expires, however your access to the download area will be restricted upon the expiration of your membership. Your membership must be renewed if you wish to have continued access the downloads area.
The right to use photos from template’s quickstart. The photos presented in templates’ demo versions are used for demonstrations of their possibilities only. It is forbidden to use the content from template’s quickstart as it is used for presentation purposes only.
Any existing GavickPro eClub Member who wishes to renew a subscription upon expiration will be eligible for a 20% discount on Business (Regularly €65) and Life Time (Regularly €99) and 30% discount on Developer (Regularly €199) plans. Personal Club Memberships are not eligible for this discount.
After receiving an expiration e-mail where you can get to know that your subscription expires in 7days, all you have to do is to buy another license and by doing so, a proper discounted amount to pay will be displayed. Please do remember: use the same log in data as with previous purchase to be able to get this discount.
You may not place any of our templates, modified or unmodified, on a removable storage medium, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without our prior written consent. You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer your membership in Gavick Template Club to anyone else without our prior written consent.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Gavick.com be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
All templates are always designed for the latest version of Joomla, but we can give no guarantee the templates will run with future versions of these CMS's. Members may use the forums to address any issues related to software versions.
GavickPro does not warranty or guarantee these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party extensions, components, mambots, modules or other products. Browser compatibility should be tested against demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes as we cannot guarantee GavickPro themes will work with all browser combinations. Once your membership expires, you cannot access our support forum, the same as, updates.
We are supporting our templates 24months backwards. Such a decision has been made because it is impossible to support them all. We cannot afford it as there are updates and extensions released continually therefore we would like to put emphasis on certain products so as not to disappoint you but satisfy your needs.
