how to reduce the height of the blocks NSP _color 1-4 (see image) and pick up everything under him?

Hi,
Height of module depends from content. Last one use element which don't have image in article, so is shorter then rest of them. Please go to module settings and swith off image for rest modules. And you can set in all modules same value of charts or words for content.
