Top pagination

I have an article with many tables, when I add something else page don't show me anything (no menus, no nothing) there's a limit for data?
So I chose to use the "page break", but when I press ALL pages button, same problem.
How do I remove this section of my article or increase data in articles.

For sure there is problem in your HTML (in article content) which breaks template structure. Please firstly validate your code via some validator like w3c then paste it to article.

The problem happens only on Hostgator server in my localhost everything works perfect, what could be the problem?

Could you show me live site ? Then I can check code via firebug and see what is happen.

I fix the problem by upgrading my PHP version 5.2 to 5.3

Yes, 5.3 is necessary version because if you look at Joomla! requirements you will see that minimum version is 5.3.X.
