Instaling plugins problem! URGENT!!

I have Instaling plugins problem. When i browse and click (in extensione menager) upload & instal joomla send m an error: JFolder::create: Could not create directory
Warning: Failed to move file!

i tried with several modules % plugins but a can not instal nothing....

Can somebody please hepl couse it is URGENT!

Please check any other extension from extensions.joomla.org, probably this is some problem with your installation, I advise you to reinstall Joomla.

i will try to reinstal and not to destroy everything
