Issues with GK News Pro

First of all, when l hover on the GK news pro it doesn't stop.. It keeps sliding..

Secondly, l am displaying k2 items from 10 different k2 categories. And l want specific items to show according to my order. I tried using by date: and it doesn't seem to work

How do l set the order in such a way that if for example l put articles ID's like this 33, 72, 12, 993, 33

it follows in this order?

I have many issues with GK NSP.

I have create an article category "VIDEOGAMES", and i create an article who i attached at this "VIDEOGAMES" category. I selected in the "Main NSP" , the DATA SOURCE from "Categories" => "VIDEOGAMES", but it seems don't work, At the frontend the module display the following messsage: "Error: No articles to display" ...

I don't find why, it's not the first time i use the NSP4 component, i test differents possibilities ... but even the same error message ?!

Can i send you a PM with backend access to check what's wrong please ?

That's a bug of the module, I have just checked with our demo site and it has the same. I'm going to report this to our developers to fix and update you soon.

I have just realized that this issue has been addressed before, please try making some more articles for the category, if I'm not wrong it needs atleast 4 articles to work.

I have created 4 articles. Now i can see 2 articles, but the article link and animation don't work ...

I am using Joomla articles with NSP GK4 and also facing the problem described in the link:

Actually, I had found this solution even before finding this article. Although, it sounded to me that I was doing more like a work around than a real solution to the problem. So, I decided to look for a solution in the forum. This is how I've got here.

Doing some additional tests I have found that at the template configuration, if I switch the template configuration as follows:
MainBody Frontpage to component only - it starts to work. Although, I can not use the Mainbody position at all.

From my understanding The configuration:
MainBody Frontpage: Mainbody and Main Body -
subpages: component only

Should work correctly. but it doesn't happen. And when I click on a article link that does not have a corresponding item category in the menu it brings the article with the home layout (which does not have the component activated - only the mainbody).

So, my first question is: if I really got it right and the solution would be always to create a hidden menu item and associate the article category with it?

If this is correct, I would like to know if do you consider this a bug that should addressed somehow in the future?
