Top menu II with submenu as dropdown

I want to know if its possible, and if it is, how to make Top menu II submenu items as a drop down menu like MainMenu

Both TopMenu1 and 2 uses native joomla menu module, so it's not possible.
But you can try using some menu extension available on JED and publish it there.
I'm sure it will need some css adjustments but nothing that cannot be achieved
