Wheather module configuration

I am using Weather GK4ver. 1.6.2

I want get weather updates for Abuja, Porthacourt and Lagos all in Nigeria.

I configured the general settings thus:
Full city name Lagos
Time offset 1
Timezone 1
WOEID 44418

and Abuja

Full city name Lagos
Time offset 1
Timezone 1
WOEID 44418
I am not getting the current weather situation.

Am I missing something?

I was trying to configure the module, but Your site shows an error. Probably from changes to template code:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENDIF in /home/gubaru/public_html/test/templates/gk_twn2/layouts/blocks/logo.php on line 55

Please fix it or send me ftp access so I'll do it myself and configure the module than.

I've disabled cache and both modules are showing the same as on yahoo page for this cities. I have not changed any other settings. Please check. Now I'll try to help with Your other issues.

The space under the page is because some javascript conflict with one of 3rd party extensions. Some tooltips layer is visible there. You need to unpublish extension after extension till this dissapear or if You are not using this tooltips You can simply hide it with this code in css:
