Help upload Fonts Google and Squirrel to mysite

I need help in loading both Google Fonts and Squirrel font kits so that I can use them on my website. I read the instructions on Google Fonts and had no clue how to procede. I am willing to pay for the work

FIRST STEP
Template Manager -> The World News II

SECOND
You go to: http://www.google.com/fonts/ - and search nice font for example: "Noto Serif"
Click "Add to collection" -> USE (button)

In template settings you choose FONT tab, and element for new font, then insert name & url

so what files I am editig in my template to add the Link to the font style and what other file Iam I editing to add the fonts to my website
