Module NSP not shown

Hi...when i change the website language from english to any other language, the module doesn't work. It display nothing...no error

Hi,
to show this module in diffrent language, you need to copy it and set this particlular language in module options for this module.

Hello, thank you for your quick reply. Even if i duplicate it, in language i have 2 options:All and English.
Still not working

Did you add new language pack in joomla admin ?

Yes i did...i added 2 new languages, but when i change the lnaguage to German fo example, the module doesn't work...and it does not show an error
