Style manager - no Module Layout, double buttons

Hi Gavick,
TWN2 template style is showing double buttons and does not have the module section in the Layouts (see image). I need to set top module position widths to 54%/23%/23% to match the demo but can't...
What has gone wrong?

Please try updating joomla and template to the latest version. If this will not help send me an access to joomla panel.

Looks like template files have this elements double, that's not right. Please try replace the part responsible for this view with my copy (no such problem here).
