Comment Categories

I want to add comments to 4 categories. I want to edit this in the JCommets component but I have no option to save tis page. Is there any other way to edit this?

Yes, i already verify this problem.
I suppose that you guys are using the quickstart version.

Solution 1)

To fix this problem, please uninstall the JComments Component, JComments Content and user plugins.

Now, while removing the component, you might see some top notices and weird font size on administrator (don't worry about it).

Install again the JComment and now you should be able to save now.

Note: Uninstalling JComments will not erase comments on database.

Solution 2)

Without uninstalling the component, try to upload/replacing all files of this component.

i tried this out but now i doesnt work anymore.
i tried to do the solution 1 and uninstalled everything as you said and installed again. but still cannot save and now if you click on news and try to read the articles error message comes with white page.

what did i do wrong?
i also deleted now all entrys
