Hello,

We use PC's in the office, but a few of my employee's use MAC's at home.

I know nothing about MAC's.

They are not able to use the Submit Article function on the Sub-Home Menu.

I went to check out the Parms on the Module but there really aren't many.

The tinyMCE editor does not show up and they can't navigate away from the form.

Is there something they have to do differently?

Please don't say "Get a PC!" *LOL*

Thankas!

Hi!

I sent you log-in details to my website. Once you log-in click the submit article button and you will see what I mean. The editor box does not come up right away. Sometimes you have to refresh the screen once or twice.

Also, if yousave an article, you can't go back and edit it. Someimes you can't even save an article.

Thanks!

Hi

I'm stupid

I did checked this hundred times on diffrent browsers (even of IE7 on Mac) and it works for me completly normal ;/ I do not know why some Mac users cannot use it. Please let me know what other circumstances must be made to see it the way You are talking about.

Hi T,

Then it must be there Safari configurations because the same thing is happening for both of my MAC users. I even had them bring the laptops into the office so that I could witness it myself. Perhaps it's the lack of their browser configurations.

I know nothing about MAC onfigurations.

How is your browser configurtion setup?

Thanks!

Hi

I did nothing with Safari. I use FF because of Firebug. So Safari is standard "pure" after install version. What Mac's they have. I use MacBook with Leopard, everything up to date.

Hi T!

The user is on Leopard and Safari 4.0 and we still couldn't get the Safari brower to work correctly.

I had the user install Fire Fox on the same computer and it is working now for them.

I'm sorry I'm not able to tell you what is wrong with the Safari browser on their system. It has to be configuration or system parameters but I don't know which it is.

Thanks!

Hi

I cannot think about anything which may causing it. But I know diffrences about Safari and FF, and their main dissadvantage is between layout displaying, not in form/javascript interpret. So I will bet on Safari and maby some plugins/toolbars added into it.
