contus plugin problem with template (solved)

Hey, I'm using Hd FLV Player from contus and everything was fine since yesterday, the template is all messed up when the plugin is enabled.

Line 135 of gk.template.helper.php is about the cookie, I don't know why it's doin this.

Did anyone got the same type of error with line 135?
