header 1 and module with different heights

Hi,

Is it possible to have different heights between the header 1 and 2 module? The header 1 module has tot be around 250px but header 2 has to be 300px.

website: http://www.bytevision.nl/joomla (I have to get rid of the white space between header 1 and the module below it)

The only way will be putting the module in header1 position but it can cause big problems on other subpages.
