Delete photos not possible!

I am finding it impossible to delete photos that are in the demo version of my copy of PF unless I upload over them, this is most noticeable in K2. Any suggestions?

Do you get any error... can u delete them from ftp client...

Deleting needs a propper permission on the directory where files are. Please set it to 755.
