White flash between page loads?

Is it just me, or is there an awful white flash between page loads on Party Freak template? It happens on the Gavick Demo, as well as on my test version, which I've on loaded on two different servers, with the same result. I've tried different browsers too, but they all do the same thing. Although it doesn't happen on my copy which I'm running locally. Anybody point me to their copy and I can see if the same thing happens?
