JComments producing error with gavick template

Hi all,

When I enable JComments using its default template, everything works fine. When I switch to gk_style then I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method stdClass::render() in .../components/com_jcomments/libraries/joomlatune/template.php on line 390

I tried uninstalling and re-installing but continue to get this error.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I've tried different combinations of settings in JComments but continue to get the error above any time I switch to the gk_style template for JComments. The default template for JComments works fine and I'm using that for now. I've search these forums, Joomlatune forums and main Joomla forums and can't find a solution.

I even upgraded from Joomla 1.5.22 to 1.5.23, uninstalled and re-installed JComments but the error persists.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I've been trying to solve this for over a week now.
