Hi Cardo,

What menu do you mean? Can you take a screenshot then I would understand better?

Hi,

I've the same problem when i set the site offline and i log in with my admin account i don't see the menu
(HOME - TEMPLATE - MENU TYPES - MODULES MENU - NEWS -JOMSOCIAL). -> http://demo.gavick.com/joomla16/mar2010/

The bar is empty (white). Only when i put the site online and i clear my internet explorer history I see the menu items back.

Are you using any of joomla cache or gk_cache in your joomla sites?

When i log in with my admin account (backend), the site is offline. I go to site - maintenance - clear cache or purged expired cache. I've chosen both options...it didn't help my problem. When viewing the frontend..i still not see the menu items.

I have the same thing. Tested this in the quick install set up as well as my clean install package using the updated Joomla, Gavick Template and Jomsocials latest release. The main menu works perfectly but as soon as i log in to jomsocial the main menu is just white with no links. Cant check the main menu module settings as its not set in module manager but in the template config.

PS. are we back to using the forum for questions again or should i be using the support desk?
