Registered User problems- Boutique &other Gavrick Templates

I am having a really annoying issue using the latest version of Boutique template Last update (Wednesday, 08 February 2012. If i set anything to registered content and then log in as a registered user (activated) a error message will show: You cannot access the private section of this site or sometimes i get a 403 error

I can log in and see the 'registered content' as super admin using my admin user/password

I have tried everything... rewriting the com_users file in components using the original joomla file downloaded from joomla official website with no joy, On a sub domain i re-installed using the latest quickstart and a fresh database and still get the same error using a menu item as a test, I have also tried this using a different template ' gk_game_magazine' but still the same error!!

is this a Gavrick template error or something my server end?? I see other forum users have had similar problems which some have said they managed to fix the issue but never with any posts of how??

would really appreciate GavrickPro to help and support me with this issue, or any members who have this issue to let me know what they did to rectify this annoying problem
