Facebook login doesnt working and gives the error message

hi all
i dont know how to solve the facebook login problem i have here

i have the fb appid and secret and still doesnt working and gives me this message "Failed to authenticate: Access Denied"

any suggestions?

i did as instructed in the tutorial and still doesnt work and i get the same message
however i see there is an update for the tamplate i purchased but i need instroctions how to update it without lossing my data

If you make changes in proper file so in override.css you can overwrite all files (apart the override.css) via ftp connection to update template.

well login with fb still doesnt work
it seems in this forum that many more websites owners have that same problem

I see on your site duplicated script, could you disable the facebook module on right column for tests ? This is FB GK4 or Social GK5 extension ? If yes please make sure that it is updated to latest version.

the failure to login with fb was even before i installed the latest social gk5 version module

well finally it works ...i downloaded the new update uninstalled the older version of the plg and installed the new one did as mentioned in the tutorial and it work...ty for your consist help
