Never ending quickinstall

Hi,

I tried to intall Game Magazine with the quickstart package but the installation blocks on "creating database". I followed every step in your article about this problem (https://www.gavick.com/documentation/joomla-templates/qucikstart-joomla-package/installation-quickstart-problems-how-to-fix-them/) but it still blocks on this step..

I forget to say that I'm using WampServer and Joomla 3.1. Also "display_errors = Off" and "magic_quotes_gpc = Off", "magic_quotes_runtime = Off" "magic_quotes_sybase = Off"

Please check if database was created. If yes than this is probably a problem to create a configuration.php file. Try create this file manually by editing and renaming the example one. This is the last step where installer breakers somethimes.
