I tried to install SH404 into the (M) Social template. I now realise that I used a version not compatable with Joomla 3.2.1 ...Ouch.
I don't have any support from SH404 people as my subscription ran out. Also I've eyed another solution, I'd like to try.

I now have no access to extentions manager so cannot uninstall and cannot installl anything else :(. Although my site appears to be fine, I'd obviously like to reverse this issue.
Anyone have any ideas ...can I just delete the SH404 files via ftp client or can I remove anything via PHP MyAdmin?

I'm sorry but it is not our extension and we will be most probably unable to help you. You should consult with authors the best way for removing this component.
