Register button in tools section, link?

Hi

The register button next to search pops up with a window or dropdown to register. This only has a few fields and once filled in it goes to register page and is blank fields.

I would like it to work like: When you click register it must go straight to the register page which has all fields to fill in.

How do I change this?
