Sporter 2.5 & New GK System Cache Plugin issue

Hi,
we had some cache issues with the previous template version and we were happy to see the new update and a new 'New GK System Cache Plugin' to fix the cache isssue. I've installed sporter 2.5 and enabled the new 'New GK System Cache Plugin' - unfortunately the same issue as before.

If you reload the same page or go back to this page - you will see the 2nd. screenshot.

It would be great to have a short 'how to' - what we have to enable/disable

There are so many possible settings:
- joomla cache handler plugin
- joomla page cache
- gk_sporter template option: gk_cache
- gk_cache plugin
- New GK System Cache Plugin
