Module Commands not working

I am using the Sporter Template and I can not figure out why when I set the option for a module to only show in the "Home" page it shows when I click a link to go to a sub page...

Here is a URL and in this page the top "slideshow" section should not be showing

It does not look like a subpage (Home is still selected as current). In my opinion the page is just an article oppened on the homepage. Please create a landing pages for articles first to have it use a different page, what will allow You ta attache modules to this pages.
