Hi,

I want to hide the mainbody in front page in http://www.proton5.com/clientes/noblez

I setting "component only" in the "Main Body - FrontPage" field in Basic Settings of template manager backend, as you can see in the image attached, but it did not work

The site is using Joomla 1.7.3

That happens with all web browsers.

Please, Could you help me?

Regards.

Also I tryed publishing and unpubshing a custom module in that position and "component only" in the "Main Body - FrontPage", and it did not work too.

Link you have provided is a 404 - not working, either correct the link or explain in more details what is it you want to hide by giving examples from demo website or by screenshots so we can understand better.

See you around...

I believe you are trying to hide "Inicio " block on your homepage. For that change your setting to mainbody. When you choose component it will display components in homepage. If you choose mainbody which is a position for modules. If you dont want any modules in mainbody go to module manager select mainbody position and disable any modules there.
