Upgrade Sporter 1.5 to 1.7

Hello

I had to update my joomla to 1.7 and now I need to update my template.
I'm not sure what I have to do.
I upgrade Joomla with jupgrade and the program created a folder with the new version
I download the Sporter 1.7, and I see in the update section I have to replace the files:

- language file
- component.php
- error.php
- offline.php
- templateDetails.xml
- admin/script.js
- css/system/error.css
- css/system/offline.css
- css/system/print.css
- html/com_content/article/default.php
- layouts/blocks/head.php
- lib/gk.framework.php
- lib/menu/GKBase.class.php

my question is
Where I have to replace? In the original website or in the jupgrade folder?
And what I have to do with the jupgrade folder?

Hi.
Select all files and folders in /jupgrade and move them to your html root.
And remember to make backup your site.
