Template and module installation

HY. I installed the quick start zip for Joomla 1.5. Now , i have a subdomain and i already have installed Joomla 1.7. How i install the modules and the demo articles . I do not want to reinstall Jommla 1.7 cause i have other components already installed in Joomla 1.7.

i tried to unzip first and install the Restfiles, but they give me an error XML nor found.

It is any other way to install the demo full template without reinstalling joomla?
