How to disable php notices in php.ini.

Hey guys, I'm new here. Just got Sporter for Joomla 1.7..can anyone instruct me on how to disable the PHP notices? Where is the file to do this, program used to edit, etc?

It's location depends on your hosting environment set-up and if your administrator allows access to it.

For example on a localhost wamp system it's in wamp/bin/php/php5.x.x and you edit it using a text editor.

On a live hosting environment it would normally be in your accounts root/home not the public/http root! You can contact your hosts support team for the exact location.
