removing login register tools at the top

I wonder if someone can tell me how to remove Login Register and Tools menu items at the top with Sporter.I am using J1.6. Somewhere here I found an advice adding #btn-tools {display:none!important} to template.css to remove tools but it did not worked for me.

That is fine I was able to remove Login and Register from Moduel Assignment for this option of Main Menı items. Thanks
