Placing module in Register/Login space

Hi All, I'd like to place a module in the register/login space so that logged in users can access the user menu from there. I've tried simply publishing a module in the 'register' module position, but that doesn't show up. Could anyone point me in the right direction?

Edit: Figured out putting a module in the login position works ,and replaced the normal login with the k2 login, now all is perfect! Sorry for the bogus topic!
