Login Icon to replace with "log-in" text

Hi I would like to know how to modify B&W templates login icon to be set as "log-in" text.

I have another thing concern with my templates, whenever I try to search my website using google it's always appears on the title page "Cancel", Why does the word CANCEL appear when you do a search for the site? By the way I am searching for "fpinnovforum" in google for your reference.
