Can install 1.5 zip file, but 1.6 gives me error

I'm using a CLEAN version of 1.6 and trying to install "gk_black_and_white_J!16.zip" from panel but I get "Unable to find install package". When I try to install the 1.5 zip file in 1.6, it works, but I get the jparameter fatal error. I've used this template in another site with no problems and paid another fee just to use this template again.

I'm using:

Never mind. After several attempts to install the 1.6 without success, I was able to install the Quick Start.
