Change default search results page

Hi There,

I would like to change the default search results page for this template.. was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to where i can change this code?

I basically want, when a user searches for something on the site, to only show the search results, none of the information on the top though.

Can anyone point me to the right file to modify here?
