registration form popup

Hi,

I am using penguin template. The login popup works really along with the site . I like to have a registration popup along in the template. I have tried to dig around plugins and module and found that mod_reg is used in worldnews2 for popup. Later I installed the module in penguin template but not able to replicate the popup .. can any one helpme out in this
