The tools for Font Size increased and decreased disappear

Hello.

for some reason the icons/tool for increasing the fonts or decreasing the fonts for articles has been disappeared from my site.

Is there a way to retrieve it or to enable it?

Check in template settings, maybe you just disable them. You can find it in FEATURES section. There is option 'Font-size switcher'
