ipad and android not opening full desktop

Hi

I'm just testing the site having made a few small CSS tweaks here and there... however the full desktop option at the bottom of the mobile screens just reloads the page, not in full desktop mode.

I havent amended any of the CSS for the Ipad, iphone, andriod etc.


Can anyone help, has anyone experienced this and does anyone know which files I need to look at?
