How to update Penguin template from version 1.0.0 to 1.0.5

Hello,

we have decided to move from Coolfoto to Penguin to be able to use GKnews 4. We have installed the version 1.0.0. The templates updates shows that a version 1.0.5 is available. If we click download we are directed to Black and White.
Please would tell us how to download the version 1.0.5 and how to install it?
