Where can I find the <head> of the template?

I need to add something in between template <head> and </head> It is not located in the template html (administrator). :dry:

Is it within the T3 framework? Where would I find it? Thanks a bunch!

You will find head section in head.php file located in templatesgk_penguinmaillayoutsblocks .
