Admin login screen look and feel

I was wondering how difficult it would be to style the admin login to have the same look and feel as the front end does if the site is offline? You guys did a fantastic job with that and I think it would be great if we could personalize the admin side (at least the login) with that same high quality...

The file you can use to customize is: \templates\gk_coffe\offline.php
