Same mod_gk_js_members Issue but I have Errors Disabled

Hello,

I know this error has been brought up a few times, however I still have the problem after setting Error Display to 0.

Error:
Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/Joomla/modules/mod_gk_js_members/mod_gk_js_members.php on line 41

Again, in the php.ini file I did change error reporting/error display to 0.

This site is being developed on a localhost using PHP 5.3.6
