Musicity Template - problem with modifying social networks links

Hi, I would like to insert my own links in social networks links in Musicity Template (upper right corner - Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, Youtube, Vimeo, etc.) but I cannot find the module or plugin to manage them. I am a novice user of Joomla so I would appreciate any help with this.

I looked for them by deactivating all the modules/plugins, but I really cannot find anything.

1. Joomla Admin
2. Extensions
3. Template Manager
4. "gk_musicity" or "gk_musicity - Default" ( Depending on joomla version )
5. Features ( which is on the right )
Then in the middle you will see Social Links.

There is also a text I cannot remove, below the main menu: "Here you can put the GK JomSocial Stats module..."

Do you know how can I remove this text ?
