GK Jomsocial Members Parameters Error

I recently installed the GK Jomsocial Members module for the MusicCity template and realize that the parameters do not display as they should. I have the same problem with the parameters for the MusicCity template itself. Instead of a clean presentation of option, I get the coded words and overlapping buttons and text .

Does anyone know why this is happening and what I can do to fix it??

I also realize that the module is not displaying correctly on the front end either. What is going on??

What kind of language do you use?
It looks like the module doesn't find the language files which are located in
/language/en-GB/en-GB.mod_gk_js_members.ini

If they not in the folder, just copy the attached files into it.
