change signin to signup

On the top right corner it says signin instead of signup why would it say that when it says login right next to it. Its confusing for users. I don't see how to change the wording

If your using widows you can use this tool GrepWin to locate and edit strings in files. The file you need to change should be in the joomla root language folder with a file name something like en-GB.tpl_gk_musicity.ini.
