font selectors not working

hi there
no matter what i do, i cannot get the menu and module headers to display fonts... please see pic. I have put the selectors into the right field, but nothing works - can you help.?

Please attach screen with Fonts configuration from template settings.

Please try to use option --- own font --- and paste URL to font directly from font repository.
