Breadcrumbs acting weird

breadcrumbs are just acting weird when I go to a new page from clicking a link into article. It repeats everything

ie. I have a page call Employment and its breadcrumbs are
Home >> About Us >> EMPLOYMENT (Current Page)

When I click some link in employment page, breadcrumbs are
Home >> About Us >> EMPLOYMENT >> About Us >> Employment >> (Current Page)

ok,
I just figured out what is it doing, but don't know the fix

breadcrumbs which are repeating basically are my category and sub-category.
How can i hide that?
