Reduce space underneath menu area when displaying article

How do l reduce the big space underneath the menu area when viewing article. This space is not visible when viewing category items. The site is still under development on my PC. See images below for more info

Please enable override.css file on template parameters and try adding (i.e.) this code on this file:

Thanks. I entered the code, but nothing is changing. Override css is already enabled as l have used it already to make other changes. Any other suggestions?
